Prevention & Treatment and Medications of Chronic Kidney Disease

Diabetes and High Blood Pressure are the most common cause of Chronic Kidney Disease. If you have both these diseases keep your blood sugar maintain with proper foods and medicine to prevent kidney disease.

  • Follow a low-fat diet, with low salt
  • Daily exercise at least 30 minutes to 1 hour
  • Limit alcohol
  • No smoking & no tobacco

Dialysis: Treatment to replicate some of the kidney functions (5th stage)

Kidney Transplant: It is also necessary but in the 5th stage.
